Procedure to Make the Origami Flower

Step 1: Take the A4 Size paper and divide into 3 equal sections.

Step 2: Cut long strips along the folded crease.

Step 3: Make equal sized paper squares.

Step 4: You need 14 such paper squares to make the Paper Units for the Origami Flower in two colors 7 of each, respectively.

Step 5: Now take a square paper and join two opposite vertices and fold the paper to get diagonal creases and join two opposite sides to make bisecting creases.

Step 6: Fold the paper to get overlapping squares with the flaps opening from one corner.

Step 7: Fold the squares further to get a trapezium with two opening flaps.

Step 8: Open the flaps of the kite shaped paper and cut along the creases.

Step 9: Now with the help of your finger open one of the flaps of the paper unit you get.

Step 10: Make such a paper unit in the same way for the other paper squares.

Step 11: Now all you need to do is insert one paper unit inside the other and interlock the paper units.

Step 12: Take a green petal and paste the orange petals on both the sides on the top corners of the green one.

Step 13: Arrange the flower in this pattern to get green color units inside and the orange ones forming another layer of petals.

Step 14: Decorate the Origami Flower with Decorative petals and a pearl centrepiece.
